What are my hearts?
If you see a dress, accessory or decor that you love and you want to add to your wish list just click the “heart” in the top corner of the item and it will save to your profile. You can filter by your “loves” through the refine search tool or by clicking “my loves” on the header bar, which will bring up all the items you have clicked the “heart” on.
How long can i borrow a hire garment or event styling decor?
The hire fee is per day. Gabrielle Rose Collective allows collection the day before and return the day after the event at no extra charge by appointment from the Gold Coast studio if there is no booking either side of your event date.
If the garment is being posted the garment will be timed to be delivered 2 days before the event. The Garment is to be returned using Australia post Platinum service the very next business day after event and buyers expense. This is within the flat rate hire fee.
If there are no other bookings the week prior to your event you will be notified by email & your items can can be collected by appointment or will be sent out up to 5 days prior to event. Please note this is strictly subject to availability.
If you require an extended hire due to a destination wedding we do offer a 7 day hire period at an additional 50% of the total hire fee. Please contact info@gabriellerosecollectiive.com.au to confirm your dates are available prior to completing your booking.
When will my Bridal hire order be delivered?
Your order is shipped via Australia Post platinum service or courier. Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6:00pm on the day you have requested delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for your order it will be taken back to the post office or depot for collection. Your hire period starts when first attempted delivery is recorded.
Will the gown need steaming prior to wear?
Garments being collected from our Gold Coast studio will be pre steamed and supplied in a hanging garment bag.
Garments being posted will need steaming due to being folded for shipping. Please start at hem first using a standard steamer. Alternatively you can take it to your local dry cleaning service to be steamed. Please do not use a domestic iron as your risk burning the garment in which case you would be required to pay the retail price of the gown.
What happens if i damage a garment or decor piece?
Small minor stains can almost always be removed during dry cleaning. Please notify us of exactly what the stain consists of to aid in its removal. Minor tears and sequins/beading issues can usually be easily fixed in house in this case it would be no extra charge. Please contact us immediately on info@gabriellerosecollective.com.au to advise of any damage so we can look out for it on return. Significant damage to the dress will need to be assessed on return, if the dress is damaged beyond repair the retail price of dress will be charged to person hiring garment.
Before collecting floral arrangements please refer to measurements provided in listing to ensure the will fit in your desired vehicle without damaging the arrangement. All floral arrangements are constructed with the upmost care, however they are delicate so care must be taken when handling these items. Any floral arrangements returned with significant damage that can not be repaired will be charged to the person hiring at the retail price of the arrangement.
When should i book my hire item?
Bookings can be taken up to 6 months in advance. Booking as early in advance is advised to ensure that you don’t miss out and secure your dress style and size from being sold. Your booking will be held upon completing your hire payment either online or at our Gold Coast studio.
How do i pick the perfect dress or styling decor?
