SHIPPING
PRICE
Gabrielle Rose Collective uses the most economic form of shipping for your products based on weight of order. This means you do not pay excess for flat rate shipping. Rates range from $4.95- $22.95 depending on size and weight of parcel.
SERVICES
A combination of both Couriers Please & Australia Post will be used to deliver your order. All parcels are Authority to leave as this is the most cost effective form of delivery. Please allow 5- 7 business day for regular delivery.
EXPRESS
If you select express shipping your parcel will be sent via the Australia Post Express network which provides next day delivery in most metro states. For rural areas or locations outside the next day network, your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first sorting facility, generally 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.
SIGNATURE
If you would like signature upon delivery please email info@gabriellerosecollective.com.au as soon as you place your order and we can arrange that for you at an additional $5.00.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online.
PLANNING
In estimating your delivery time for Purchases, delivery times may vary from product to product. Most RTW Purchases will be dispatched from our workroom within 1 to 3 business days of placing an order.
LIABILITY FOR LATE DELIVERY
We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame and will endeavour to let you know if we expect that there will be any delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
It might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
This is our default for of delivery as it is the most cost effective for the customer.
Where you grant us an Authority to leave when placing your order you agree that this authority to leave gives us and/or our selected couriers permission to leave your Purchase unattended by the front door or, where applicable, at the reception or concierge’s desk of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you understand and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for your purchase delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer to you on delivery.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of your purchase without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.
You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
You must make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of your order when tendered for delivery. In the event that you are unable to take delivery of your order at the nominated delivery address and for any other reason Gabrielle Rose Collective is required to redeliver your Purchase or Rental and we incur a redelivery fee, you agree to accept responsibility for the fee.
Any delivery time or date that you are given is an estimate only. You must accept delivery of a Purchase or Rental even if it is late and Gabrielle Rose Collective will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of the delivery being late.
