We make the process super easy for you.

  1. Select an item.
  2. Book your item either online or in person at the studio.
  3. Select shipping or local pick up
  4. After your event, return in an Australia post platinum satchel the next business day. 

THAT’S IT!

A few extra’s to note:

  • If you are unsure when selecting a gown, be sure to book a complimentary styling appointment at our Gold Coast studio. Can’t make it in? No problem. Feel free to email us a full length picture of yourself along with the styles that you like (please refer to size details to ensure that styles you choose correspond to your measurements) & i will give you my expert opinion as to which style will best compliment your body type. info@gabriellerosecollective.com.au to book.
  • We do the dry cleaning! 
  • We offer 1 complimentary Wedding dress backup style (depending on availability) if you wish- this will be at no charge for back up style but your postage will increase slightly
  • Avoid shipping charges with pick-up/drop-off from our Varsity Lakes studio if you wish. This is also the only available option for large or fragile styling decor pieces.
  • Try on your dress either at our Gold Coast Studio or from the comfort of your own home using our remote try on service (link in footer)
  • A 50% (of your hire fee) security deposit invoice will be issued to you in addition to your hire fee prior to dispatch of your hire item. This will be fully refunded providing the item is returned in perfect condition. If the item is returned in a condition beyond repair the RRP of the item will be charged.
